I know this my seem like a stupid question but.....What is clean food?
Give me some examples,please!

If you go to the Search option, and use the advanced search form, type in clean eating under the topic, then search under Subject Only, you'll find 194 threads on clean eating

Clean foods are foods that do not contain processed sugars, flours, are lower in fat, no trans fats, etc...

Vegis, lean meats, fish, whole grains are good examples.
