What is a good sub for leaner legs and GS legs?

Hi all,

I am doing Cathe's July rotation but I don't have these workouts. What can I sub with? Also any suggestion lb pyramiad and strong legs too.

I have:
STS
4 DS
Butts and Gutts
Legs and Glutes
plus many other Cathe workouts.

Amy Bento's Slo Mo and All Pump
Tracey Glute Camp, Circuit Zone and Sculptfest

Any suggestions?
