OK so this jerky (but kind of cute) trainer at my gym borrowed Core Max since I was constantly raving about it. Of course he's been too scared to try it & I haven't seen him since last week, so I've been really missing my CM. I've subbed w/pilates but bottom line is nothing works my core like CM.
So it got me wondering if there were home DVDs comparable to CM, since even if I had it in my living room right now it's always nice to have some options. Any suggestions?
