What do you do when missing days in rotation?

Ladies,
I was just curious of what you do when you have to miss a day in a rotation. Do you keep on going with the next day as planned or do you do the missing day changing then the day pattern and eventually taking longer to complete the rotation.
Am I making sense?
Exmaple: Monday: BM2, Tuesday: Low Max, Wednesday: GS,whatever.
If you miss let's say Monday, do you bump it back to Tuesday so your days end up messed-up or do you keep with the original rotation?
I will be starting P90X in September and was wondering what is the best way to overcome missed days. I will be travelling quite a bit and there's nothing I can do about it. If I wait until I have no travel... well it will just not happened.

I would pick up with the next (missed) workout. Then, as Cathy said, I would try to double up somewhere along the line to catch up.
 
I usually just make my next workout the one I missed and go from there. I'll try to double up if I can, but usually that doesn't happen because of time constraints. Plus, sometimes I just can't physically handle that. For example, if I missed a leg day. If I try to double up and do 2 leg workouts on one day, my legs just can't take it and I usually end up sort of dogging the second one just to say I did it.:)
 
I actually had to miss my PUB workout today due to severe menstrual pains early this morning. I will most likely do it later today, if I feel better. If not, I can do it tomorrow and do the 35 minute run that is scheduled later in the day.
 
I double up usually unless it's not possible. On other rotations, I have just skipped it or added it on my rest day or like I said doubled up.

I usually pick up where I left off and take an extra day (or more) to finish the rotation. I can't do 2 workouts in 1 day -- too much for my body, and I don't want to risk injury and then have to miss more days. I figure it's no big deal if it takes me 30 days to complete Cathe's 28-day rotation.
 
If it's a cardio I miss then I just leave it. If it's weights I try to juggle things later on to fit it in. I did a one body part a day rotation recently, had to miss a couple of days so left out the cardio and then did a couple of body parts together to cover it.

I very rarely manage a whole rotation from start to finish. No big deal!;)
