I have been focusing on eating "clean", and have done very well for the last week and a half or so (maybe even 2 weeks).  Today has been awful for me!  I had a grilled cheese sand for lunch, a sub sandwich for dinner and a couple of malted milk balls.  I guess this is considered a "binge" day.  What's up with me?  I feel bad, and want to know how I can overcome this in the future.  It's like I'm so controlled, and then BAM!!!  for one day I could care less...why?
