Hi need suggestions I don't have Kick Max and today is leg drills from kick max what can I do instead? I have KPC, LIC, Drill Max, S&H, Push Pull, SJP?

I think it's BM2 where you have the leg work on all fours, wearing ankle weights? I think those would work.

If you have KPC, do you also have L&G (they're on the DVD together)? If so, you could sub the floor work from L&G.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions... I think I am leaning towards the L&G floor work. :) Its time to double knot my laces and get to work on the treadmill. Hope everyone has a great day and a great work out.
