Weighted Vest workout

How about a low impact, & sculpting intervals Live workout (30-40 min) wearing a Weighted Vest? That would be

Yes, & to make things easier, it could be one of those express Cathe, Jenn & Kristin
productions…maybe using dumbbells &/or tubing in addition to wearing vest for the
sculpting intervals.

Surely they have 3 vests around there!!!

Yup - Cathe often does express LIVES during rehearsals and filming so hopefully many opportunities in the near future! And to make it even easier, one could be a modifier without a vest so people at home who don't have one don't feel excluded!

YES, or the opposite, one or more of the girls could have the vest on, and Cathe without, in case it would be
too much on her shoulder......
