Previously, after I had my first son I used weight watchers to lose 20 pounds. I had 20 points a day , plus 20 bonus points for the week, and any additional points from exercise. I hear now there are more weight watchers programs. Anyone doing the other ones and any recommendations will help. Also, does anyone know how many bonus points for a 1 hour circuit workout like bootcamp. thanks

There is the "core" program in which I switched to from flex about a month or so ago. I love it in that it totally develops good habits by eating lots of whole grains, fruits etc. I found myself saving my points for junk instead of good nutritious foods. On the core program you don't have to count points which was a bonus for me. I was so stressed about not counting enough etc. But this program is all about portion control and hunger-satisfaction not stuffing yourself. You still get your wpa's and ap's to use for non-core stuff so I don't feel deprived. I have lost about 11 lbs since switching and the funny thing is that it hasn't been hard. The boards help alot, especially the core forums. I have alot of support there. Research it and see if it fits you. I have seen some changes already in my approach to food and the kind of foods I desire to eat.
As far as your question for ap's on your workout, I'm not sure. I know for a 30 minute low-intensity step without the riser and barely sweating is about 2 points.

I do the flex plan which is similar to the weight watchers your familar with--the points system(I think they just gave it a knew name). You get your everyday pts thats determined by your age, height, current weight and activity level! Then you get 35 flex pts that you can use over the period of a week! Then thiers activity pts!

So far Im losing on the flex, but sooner or later I'll hit a plateou(hope not ;-)) and will switch to the core. And Cristina explains the core very well!

As for the activity pts,Thats kinda hard to determine unless I have your weight, the intensity of the workout and how long the workout was.( I us my Activity points booster slider and it gives me an idea. )

BTW-Theres also a Weight Watchers Thread on the check-inn& Challenges forum,Everybody is welcomed!!!!!

Hope this helps
Good luck:)
