Happy Halloween everyone. I took the day off from work because I have a Drs. appt at 11:00 to find out why I have this rining in my ears for the past 2 years. Tonites or todays workout is GS back, bis, and shoulder I don't know how well I will do I have major DOMs from wednesdays workout. Enjoyed LIC last nite but only burned 389 calories which really surprised me. I know this is a long post but I might not be able to post tomarrows workout which will be basic step with 1 set of risers, my niece is getting married next summer and both of my DDs are in the wedding party so my DS and her DDS and us are going to Lincoln Nebraska dress shopping. My dds and I have to leave here at 6:30 in the morning to be up at her house at 8.
Andrea-have fun taking the kids trick or treating and what an awesome workout I don't think I could get bored with LIC.
Jean-glad to hear you are feeling better it is awful to be sick and yes you lose wt., but then the hunger starts so be careful.
