Hi girls.

I'm at work and thought i'd quickly post something before I get too busy.

Todays workout was Power Hour, with some extra abs and biceps thrown in at the end. It wasn't my "planned" workout, but at least it was something.

Girls, I have some very bad news. I'm wrinkling!:(

I think, I will have to invest in botox. None of the millions of dollars that I have spent on skin care over the years has worked. I've still got/ getting wrinkles! i know some people are of the belief that we should just age gracefully. However, I am an athiest (have I spelt that right?)

Today is a 30min run interval w/abb work and later this evening,hopefully if the rain stops I will walk the dog for thirty minutes!

Andrea-Whatever makes you happy....great workout today! I love PH,the shoulder section in that workout is killer!

Good Morning,

Tonites workout is KP&J with weighted gloves. This is my last week of TJ and then I am going to do a mish mosh of Cathe next week then start the Jari Love Cathe rotation next month. I didn't really get any results from TJ but it was a nice change of pace but I am ready to work hard again.

Andrea-why should we grow old gracefully I will fight it with everything in my power fortunately I haven't seen any yet (Knocking on wood).

Amelia-hope you get your walk in today its cold and cloudy here again today.

Hello everyone.

This morning was ME upper body pre-mix. I had both dogs in the room with me and that was a hoot. One of them kept trying to be close to me no matter what I did. I laid on the step to do the chest flies and she has to come over and practically sit on my chest. When I did pushups she belly crawls under my arms so her face is in my face. My weigh-in this morning shows me down a pound(at least I think it is 1 pound since I still don't have my computer back that I log my weights into). Slow progress, but at least its in the right direction.

Elaine, a labradoodle how cute. Is she real curly yet?

Amelia, I tried botox on my creases in my forehead once. Didn't really see much difference, but I didn't keep it up. I hear you have to go back every six months or so. Now that I'm older I don't see wrinkles when I look in the mirror. Not because they're not there, but because I'm so old my eyesight is failing, LOL.

Amelia, thanks for explaining about you job. It is so great to be able to find a job that can work around your schedule. How's your back been doing?

Roxie, nice workout and great job on eating well while on oxygen rounds.

Quick post as i have a puppy on a rampage of chewing every paper in sight.

no workout for me, just couldn't get out of bed. Although I did go for a vert chilly walk.

Hi everyone.

I worked late last night, so I've had about 2.5 hours sleep. Suffering a severe case of the "I can't be botherds" I had great plans for todays workout and eating. I guess you can tell, i completed neither of those tasks!

Tommorow its going to be fairly warm here (already!) so, hopefully my eating and workout will improve.

Whats everyones plans for the weekend?
 
Good Morning,

Got off work early yesterday so DH and I went out of town and bought new lights for the kitchen had cracker barrel for supper got home to late to get my workout in. Today is 3T and ab jam, and I will try to get yesterdays workout in. My weekend involves cleanmax, laundrymax, and walmartmax. Something tells me my oldest DD and her DH will be over to play pool haven't seen them all week.

Andrea-sorry you had such a bad day tomarrow is a new one just start over.

Today was 40 min of CC Press Play on the tread mill. I have only done it before outside so this was a little different. I coudl only do 40 min because I was having to watch dh's phone (he was outside) and it kept interrupting me. After the last time, I just said forget it. Today will be some work in my home office and cleaning.

I forgot to mention that I went to Dicks last nite and was able to curl a 2lb dumbbell. This tells me I need to challenge myself more when I do my wt. work this week.
 
Hows everyones weekend?

It was quite warm already here today. I took advantage of the weather and mowed, and gardened. I have to water the garden already! Gosh its dry!


I've decided to do last two weeks of a FF rotations -Muscle Building and Defining Rotation for the next couple of weeks. Its more endurance based and seems very hard. Made a start today, doing PLB and MM legs. Went fairly heavy too. Legs felt very tired afterwards.

Message from Amelia, her computers doing a bunk, so if shes MIA, for a few days don't stress, shes just lost the use of Cathe on her computer.

Didn't get my workout in yesterday either, by the time I finished cleaning house which I still have 2 rooms to go, and then DH and I went to buy him new jeans and a ceiling fan for pool room oldest DD and DH came over for supper and played cards and pool, so some drinking was going on. Today is a strectch and maybe the treadmill if I can get motivated.

Andrea-glad the weather is getting warm for you its getting pretty chilly here. have fun with FF rotation hers are always good.

Amelia-sorry to here about the computer.
