I decided this morning I would give the workouts on Exercise On Demand a shot, to see if I could find something fun, different and easy on my knee. I tried this one with Gay someone as the instructor. It was only 30 minutes, but I figured that was OK since I'm trying to keep it to that length until my knee is stronger.
But...there was NO intensity to it at all! I barely broke a sweat and didn't feel at all challenged. She had one of her cast wearing a heartrate monitor, and at the end, she read it to let us all know how many calories we burned. First of all...isn't that really kind of based on your personal weight? Anyway....she said, "300 calories!!"
I don't know how she could have said that with a straight face. I was a bit annoyed that I used my precious workout time on this one. Booooo!
Did an ab routine too that stunk.
