Anyone else buy this besides me?
I'm trying to get geared up for a book rotation.
My computer's a piece of crap and my Adobe only works hit or miss and you can't copy it to disc and have it printed (it's copyright protected). It will be a challenge for me to read it all on the computer.....but I'm hoping someone else here wants to gear up for it with me. I need to lose about 15 pounds, but since I'm a vegetarian....I know I'll have to do the diet differently.
After glancing it over, it seems similar to Turb Training and Alwyn's Afterburn. The diet info is extremely detailed and they lay out a 28 day diet for each bodyweight category.
A Kettlebell is incorporated in this workout (swings) done at the end of the circuit.
