You don't have to run fast, you don't have to run slow. In fact, you don't even have to run! Join our new runners check-in group anyway, just for the amazing company and our startling good looks. Why join us? Because our check-in group has only had four threads - ever - and two of them have more views than any current check-in thread in the forum! So, you're probably already stalking us - why not come out of the lurker closet and join the most fun group of women you've ever talked to when sober? We're a friendly bunch, and the initiation process is virtually painless. A brief paddling, some beer bonging and bob's your uncle!

Note: this check-in group is rated "R": occasional swearing, adult situations, constant nudity.

I might be too young for this group....my mom doesn't allow swearing, nudity or any hazing of any kind. (although I did my fair share of beer bongs in college, lol).

morningstar...I'm soo bad..I am still running but not checking in :eek: I'll come over... I'm logging about 22-25 miles a week now.
 
OMG! I just had to google it too! lol Who knew? I'll say that to my kids and enjoy the looks they give me! :p

Sydney, how long does it take you to do 8 miles?

Sad to say...but 1hour and 45 min:( I run it at a 13 min mile pace. It may not take that long because lately my easy pace has been 11:30--I will report back after I do the run in the a.m..... wish me luck

Okay, but report back on the check-in thread, girl! And running for 105 minutes? Who cares how much ground you cover- that's one helluva endurance workout!
