Walking planks...

...I can finally do them after concentrating on the abs section from Cardio and Weights for the past few weeks!!:)
 
Yes, it feels realy good. Each time I do C&W abs now, my form gets better. First I couldn't lift my hands/feet up, then I could do it just about, but it wasn't pretty! Now, I am just about there. I'm going to switch to the planks/abs sections in the CTX workouts next.
