Unable to get access to Cathe On Demand

Good morning-I have been unable to get access to Cathe on Demand and Cathe Live for 24 hours now on my smart tv, however, I am able to get access to Cathe On Demand on my iphone, but not Cathe Live. ??? The continued message is "I need to subscribe" to get access. I am a subscriber, and just paid for November. I have done all the tricks of technology, and yet I come up empty.
For some reason I can't email customer service with my gmail, through their link...is anyone else dealing with this issue?
Can customer support please reach out to me to correct the issue I am having? Thank you!

I have sent 2 emails to [email protected] regarding my inability to access my Cathe on Demand, and Cathe Live for a couple of days now. I am told on your site that I should have received an automatic instant reply letting me know you received my email. I have not heard anything from your staff. This is a service I happily pay for, but am frustrated I have been unable to use it, as stated for a couple of days now.
The message I continue to receive when I try to access, "Subscription Required" I just paid November's, so I know there is no issue there. I would love to get this resolved sooner than later! Thank you for your attention to this problem!
 
Hi Bammie4, I'm sorry you're still having an issue. As long as you contact us correctly at [email protected] you will automatically receive an email from us with a ticket number within a few minutes of contacting us. This is not done by our staff, it's auto-generated by our software. If you don't receive an automatic reply, make sure to check your spam folder and or that you don't have us blocked.

I can tell you that "Subscription Required" usually means either you don't have a subscription or you are not logging in correctly to your subscription.

I see you said previously that you can log in to Cathe OnDemand on your iPhone, but not Cathe Live. Though I can't be sure without having direct contact with you, it seems to me that you more than likely signed up through Apple instead of us. If you did this and signed up for Cathe OnDemand through Apple, you will only get access to Cathe OnDemand, not Cathe Live.

When you sign up through Apple, Cathe OnDemand and Cathe Live are sold separately. I'm guessing you purchased Cathe OnDemand through Apple, and hence, you will not be able to view Cathe Live unless you purchase it separately. This will also explain why you can't access Cathe OnDemand on your Smart TV, as you can only use Cathe OnDemand when purchased from Apple on an Apple iOS device.

When you purchase Cathe OnDemand directly from us, you get access to iOS, tvOS, Roku, Android and Fire TV, and the web version + the Workout Blender + Cathe Live.

Again, I'm taking a guess that you purchased Cathe OnDemand through the Apple App Store. If your Cathe Ondemand monthly price is around $14.99, it means you signed up through the Apple App Store.

However, without direct contact with you, I can't say for sure where you purchased from, but hopefully my response helps you. Also, make sure to check your spam and junk folders for our auto-response.

Lastly, even with a smart tv you would want to use Chromecast, Roku, or Apple TV to watch. Watching using a browser may or may not work on a smart TV, but even if it does work, it will not be the same experience as using our Apps.

Thank you for your response! I am happy to report I was well taken care of by your support staff! I did purchase through Cathe, not Apple-I was directed to reset my password, which I did expediently, and everything has been restored!! I am thrilled! Thank you and your kind and patient staff! You all were most helpful in my frustration....that matters!! I am excited to "meet" with Cathe and the gang tomorrow morning for a great workout!! :) Sandy P
