Ugh...DOMS!

So, on Thursday afternoon I was feeling like I wanted a work out again (I work out in the mornings), so I did Miscle Max. I hadn't done a full-body weight work out for the week (just BM2) so that was good. Left me a bit sore. Well, Friday morning I woke up earlier than usual and decided to do the 90 minute HiLo/Step premix from SJP/SB. Basically, it's the step and HiLo from SJP followed by the full SB (I don't think I really realized that). Anyway, I was surprised to wake up this morning feeling sore (not terrible, but noticeable)! I kind of feel like doing a kickboxing workout, but it's beautiful out and I also would like to take the pups for a LOOOONG walk with DF. In fact, that's what I'm gonna do. They really love to get out and since we have 5 (no, that's not a typo, I wrote FIVE...what can I say? I'm in rescue!!!), I can only walk them when he's able to go with me (usually just the weekends).

Okay, I realize I'm rambling.

Anyway, not sure what kicked my A$$...either MM or SJP/SB, or both!

Wow... five dogs! We have two (one rescue, who is the sweetest), and I would love to get another rescue... but think DH would walk out the door!!!!:(
