TV Playback Stutters

Hi SNM,

I downloaded my Shock Cardio workouts this week and was trying one out today (MMA Kickbox) on my TV. The playback, both audio and video, stutters for a few seconds throughout the workout. I've started to watch Athletic Step and see the same thing occurring. Plese let me know what I should expect.

If you have already tried the solutions mentioned, please let us know some information such as the type of device you are using to play back the videos (iPod including model/computer/Zune/etc.), operating system used to download and play back the videos, does it happen on the computer and on the device, or just the device, etc. Thanks...all this information will enable us to help you troubleshoot more effectively.
