I'm not sure of mine yet. It'll be a combination of FF's and Jari. Bit of a leg Blast week for me I think

Tomorrow - Buts and Guts
Thurs- Drill max cardio, plus some legs
Friday - Jari and some cardio
Saturday - cardio and upper body weights
Sunday - Jari and cardio, LIC legs and the 1st blast.

Thats just a maybe, I will tweak it probably.

I've run over a chinaman. My bad luck with my "oldies" continues. Today, my oldest dog - Chip, passed away. I'm glad she went peacefully. She must've known, because last night she followed me everywhere and insisted on staying inside. Then my dumb head hubby, rings at work, AT WORK!, Where I am in the middle of a muster room, Jam Packed FULL of people to tell me she had died! So, there I am on the phone, growling at him for telling me at work, howling! Luckily, I was about to leave for the day, so that was exactly what I did, i left.

Morning girls

Today is a walk during my lunch hour. I ordered a HRM last night:eek: it was the Nike Imara in ice blue,can't wait to get it.....gotta scoot(sorry for the copy and paste:confused:)

Amelia, congrats on your HR purchase. Have fun with it.

Today was combo 2 from 4DS LIS then Cardio Coach 4 for a total f 45 minutes cardio. Slept in a little too long due to thunderstorms keeping me awake. Would like to start getting in hour long workouts again.

Hope everyone has a great day. Yesterday's menu some how found chocolate in it. I know shame on me. Today I will try to do better. At least the rest of what I ate yesterday was fairly healthy.

Gotta scoot.

do you take any scheduled rest days?

Amelia: You'll have to let us know how you like your HRM. Is it one where it just tells you your HR or do you have to press a button? The one I have you have to press a button. I don't use it much because I get frustated waiting for the numbers to calculate.

Jean: You did a good job on your WO this morning.

Hi Roxie! How did your WO go with the puppy?

I didn't get a WO in this morning. I hope to at least sneak in some abs and a walk. I ended up working late last night and my boys are off school today. We have a veterans ceremony to go to this morning.

Well I accomplished my mini challenge after I kicked the poor thing in the head a couple of times he left the room. Tonite is Get Ripped wt. work. Eating yesterday was excellent except for the last piece of homemade fudge but at least now it is gone.

Andrea-hugs to you but at least this one you didn't have to put down. Great workouts you have planned I am not that creative I just follow a rotation.

Amelia-good luck with your walk, enjoy your Hr monitor.

Jean-good job on the workout.

Hi everyone. Andrea, I'm so sorry about your dog. ((((HUGS))))!

Amelia, I have a Nike Imara HRM and I LOVE it. I might have to get a new one soon, though. When I changed the battery in the watch the o-ring seal stretched and now it's no longer waterproof. And now the chest unit is starting to come apart from the strap. I have had it for about 3 years though and worked it HARD!:D Congrats on the smaller pants!

Elaine, the Nike HRM will show your heart rate constantly if you are in "Chronometer" mode. You can also change the display to show calories burned & something else (that I don't remember) in "C" mode as well.

Jean, I'd like to get back to hour long WO too, but I can't even manage 30min most of the time lately. UGH.

OK, now about the WO - I wussed out yesterday :eek:, but DID get up today and did 4DS Bootcamp - still didn't like it, but I burned a bunch of calories so it's all good. Tomorrow I will either do 4DS LIS cardio or yoga, Thursday is 4DS KB cardio, and Friday I'm planning the ME Express premix. The cats get me up plenty early, so that can't be an excuse :p

OK, time for me to get back to work. TTY tomorrow!
