Trying To Fit Yoga In for Wed 8-22

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Shape Bikini Body - Transforming Workout - Sculpt & Potpourri segments. The sculpting segment had a functional fitness feel to it and used compound movements, therefore, kept the HR elevated. The Potpourri segment was 10 min kickbox, 10 min sculpt, 10 minutes of athletic/core drills. This was actually a pretty good workout and even felt a bit hard for me. I'm still getting over this stomach flu and have bad stomach pains. Workout was 1 hour and 12 minutes and I burned 390 calories. I also did Flexible and Strong segment (10") from Ravi & Ana's Yoga Quick Fixes.

I've got my appt with the foot doctor later this morning and I hope I get good news.

Jen - hope you are surviving the heat wave and work! I guess Kel is just leaving for Nascar now? I thought she went over the weekend....but I guess not.

Hi ladies! I will finally have AC today! Yesterday was really, really hot. I have been such a workout BUM over the past couple of weeks! No excuses now.

Lora-Good Luck at the foot doctor! I have been looking @ that Shape workout for awhile. I think I can rent it from Netflix. I just sent some workouts back and I think I may be getting a Lotte Berke or two in this batch.
