Trying to Fit Yoga In for Tuesday April 8

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Rockin' Body with Sean T - Hip Hop. Workout was 53" and I burned 437 calories.

Kel - I'll let you know how I like Kelly's weight workout once I do it a couple more times. I think all of her stuff is worth the money. I just need to do a workout a few times to get a feel for it. I do like it cuz it's lower rep and heavy weight and we need some of these workouts in the home exercise world!!
 
Good morning -

This morning, I did 4DS Kickbox stopping at the cool down & then did BBC Legs. I like 4DS Legs but I never get DOMS from that workout for some reason. I get much better results with BBC Legs.

Lora - Sounds like you got in a great cardio workout this morning! Please keep me updated about Kelly's workout when you do it a few more times too. I really like her so I'm sure it would be worth getting but I think I'll wait & see what your final review is after you do it more.

Thanks for continuing to start this thread each morning, even though it seems like everyone has left. Hopefully they'll come back soon. I think everyone needs a break sometimes...
