Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Cy-yo Fire Segment(spinning workout). I extended it by repeating the last 10 minutes of sprints. I also sat for some of the standing hills (cuz there was a lot and I didn't want to put the pressure on my foot...as I didn't have my boot on). Workout was 75" and I burned 440 calories, but I didn't start my HRM until the 10 minutes of yoga was over at the beginning. I also did Ravi & Ana's Dr. Yoga House Call -Health and Happiness premix 16".
That (Ravi & Ana) DVD was other different one. We did a lot of detoxifying moves and worked on the thymus gland, as well as the immune system and heart.
Jen - sorry your so busy with work. Do you know if they're going to replace the person that's leaving?
Kel - Did you do your Core Secrets DVD yet? If Head to Toe is the one with the jump rope segments in it...i remember that I liked when I did it back to back to make a longer workout. The jump rope intervals aren't too long and I remember that I paused the tape and did it longer. I used my real jump rope. The key is also to go as heavy as you can with the weighted segments cuz if I remember correctly, he doesn't do that many reps. The background exercisers all use puny weights.
Have a great day ladies - I've got to finish my breakfast and do my neck stretches and then I have to go to the Grocery Store.
