Trying to Fit Yoga in for Sunday November 11

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Amy Bento's Hi Lo Dome cardio portion. Workout was about 63 minutes and I burned 600 calories. I picked this up better than the first time I did it. It was fun, but my feet hurt really bad doing this workout again and I tried wearing different shoes than last week. I don't know why my feet are bothering me so much, as I only worked Thursday and Saturday recently. I wonder if my feet will ever get used to this standing.

Have a great day ladies. I work later and the DH is mad cuz he had Steelers/Browns tickets for this afternoon and wanted to go........but have to go to my crappy job and work till closing. I wish they'd give me more days...but since I'm new, I get all the crap hours.

My interview yesterday went very well. She said if she could hire me on the spot, she would have. They aren't making a decision until they interview the other candidates the Temp Agency sends. The pay is not great and it's far away from home (gas guzzle) and I'm a bit nervous cuz the office is real "high tech" and it's for front desk which I haven't done for years and years..........but we shall see. They will let me know by the end of the month and they need a person to start Dec 1. The doctor is a very kind, compassionate Indian gentleman and his wife Marilyn, runs the office and is very militant....but I'm okay with that. The other weird thing is that you wear street clothes to the office and change into uniforms when you get there. They provide the uniforms but you never take them home, as they have a washer and dryer there for you to wash them when dirty. Something about her being a germophobe..........guess I'll fit right in with that aspect!!
Jen - I have tons of videos....but don't think I have Crunch Resculpt. I still have a box of ones I need to try and a box of ones that I tried and I'm not sure I like! I have way too much junk! I just got Cindy Whitmarsh's 2 new ones but haven't previewed them. I also recently got the 2 new Women's Health workouts with Amy Dixon. They are short, but Collage liked them and I figured I could do them back to back or such........and I previewed one of them and it looks good. Lots of plyos, compound moves and I liked the instructor, AMy Diixon.

Hi ladies! Not sure what I am doing today yet. I think I want to try Better Burn Better Buns today and maybe try to get some of the moves down of HIS or Bootcamp. For some reason, I am not as motivated about the Kickboxing-and that used to be one of my favorite types of exercise! Yesterday I previewed some of Tae Bo Amped on our cable network. It looked really good-much better than I thought. You can preview about 10 mins of it. I did some of the moves along with the preview and worked up a sweat in 10 mins!

Lora-I saw the reviews on those Women's Health ones. They do look really good. Can't wait to hear your review on them. Sorry you are getting all the crappy hours at work. Oh well...at least it frees you up for your interviews. Sounds like yesterday's went very well!

Hi ladies! I did Better Burn Better Buns and the WU and Combo # 1 of HIS. I thought BBBB was a good workout and I am already feeling it but I thought the cueing was very lacking. I did not click with the workout at all. I think it's very effective, just not up my alley. I also did not like HIS as much as LIS, but I think I will like it more in time. So, I will send back 2 Netflix tomorrow, which means I will have 2 new ones to try later in the week...I love how that works! :) :)
