Trying to Fit Yoga In for Monday April 7

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to Fitness. Workout was 1 hour and I burned 317 calories. I chose the low cardio breaks during the first half hour and ab work as rest during the 2nd half hour. I didn't find the cardio got my HR up at all. Was too short and not very intense. I used the amount of weight Kelly said to use for advanced and could have gone slightly heavier on a few exercises....will adjust next time.

Can't believe it's Monday already. Ugh...and I have a dental appt after work.

Good morning -

Sorry I wasn't around over the weekend. Just got busy & never got back to the computer again.

On Saturday, I did the 30 minute express workout from Gaiam's Cardio Balance Ball DVD & really enjoyed it. I followed it up with a short routine from Yoga Shakti using the yoga matrix. After that, I went to have my hair done.

This morning, I did 4DS Bootcamp plus Bis, Tris, & the abs from 4DS Kickbox. I still didn't do the overhead presses with 30 pounds but I can tell that my strength is returning because the 25's felt so much better than last week. Yay!

Lora - That's another one of the workouts I've been thinking about buying. So do you think it's worth it or would you pass? I really like Kelly but I haven't done one of hers in a long time. Thanks for the information about gliding discs. I saw the oblong ones somewhere but I don't know why they're different. If the original ones work fine, I'll just stick with those... for carpet. Thanks for that link for yoga DVDs. They look great & exactly what I need right now. Any advice as to which ones I should purchase or do you think I need them all? I hope your Monday goes by quickly & I hope you have a good week too.
