Morning Ladies -
Let's try this again. I swear I posted yesterday, but I must not have hit the post message button after I was done!! Yikes!
This morning I did Cathe's Bootcamp Bi's & Tri's. Wow ....what a surprise. Bootcamp ended up being my favorite new Cathe so far. I didn't think I was going to like Bootcamp, as I was dreading it. I really liked the Bi's & Tri's workout too...but I'm not sure I'm doing the hanging bicep curls correctly. This had great variety and was fun....although I modified some of the impact on the Rebounder, as I'm trying to ease into the impact on my foot since it swelled yesterday. Those kick butts up and over the step can get tricky as you tire......as you have to watch you don't hit the step. Workout was 65" (give or take a few minutes cuz I was doing laundry in between....but running up and down the stairs counts, right??). I burned 515 calories. I matched Cathe in weight with triceps.....but my biceps are not nearly as strong as hers......so I didn't with that. My injury causes me to have decreased biceps strength also.
I also did Progressive Pilates Abs and Thighs 20" and then finished off with Perfect in 10 Yoga - Relase and Let Go 15".
Yesterday I did Kelly Coffey's new StepBoxing and it was LOADS of fun and I burned 590 calories. The combos were a bit frustrating cuz I was learning them and there is a learning curve, but this will end up being one of my new fave's....two thumbs up.
