Trying to Fit Yoga In for Friday Nov 2

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Amy Bento's Slo-Mo Total Body Premix which was 66". It ended up taking me an hour and 17 minutes and I burned 470 calories. This was a good workout but a lot of equipment changes, weight changes, etc. I also did Back Care Yoga 30".

I have to be fast cuz I was taking my time and piddling around and I got a call from my foot doctor. I have a job interview this morning. The job would be far away from my house (30") and the hours are 7:00 am 4:30 pm and on one day 7:00 to 7:00 pm .....so I'll have to start getting up at 1:30 AM!!!! if I get the job. We'll see what happens.

I can't say enough good about Amy's Slo Mo. I highly recommend it for everyone, as she uses very innovative and unique moves for almost every body part I worked. I was VERY impressed and the slow count and heavy weight really got a burn going. The Core section was no exception! I've never seen such a unique core routine. Two thumbs up.

Off to finish eating my oatmeal and get ready for my interview.

Happy Friday.

This morning was restorative class... It was just what the doc ordered - as I felt that I needed a good stretch and meditation session...

I am very happy today - I learned about a prenatal yoga class that is running at a nearby studio - aaand.... they have prenatal pilates.

I am going to a tupperware party tonight - So have to run.

Hi ladies! No WO for me yet. Got nice leg DOMS from the workout yesterday. Just sore enough to feel it, but still able to walk normally....tomorrow should be more interesting, though! I had an insane amount of sugar today at work! :( I have got to do better with my eating tomorrow!! :p

Lora-I have been eyeing Amy's Slo Mo so I am glad you are giving it such a good review. I may have to cave in and order it in a few weeks. I hope your interview went well today.
