Trying To Fit Yoga In for Friday Aug 17

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Tracey Long Training - Strength in Movement. Workout was 64" long and I only burned 334 calories. I wanted to do a FF workout today cuz I think I might start back on my Jillian book rotations next week.

Ugh....I've got a migraine and cramps. It's TTOTM for the 2nd time this month. I guess all of this testing, job worry, etc. is getting the best of my system. My pain started flaring a couple of days ago and I had no idea why........but now I know. Always happens at this time of the month.

I've got my appointment for the rest of my testing at the Temp Agency this morning and I'm interviewing with the Nursing Department today since I'm a Medical Secretary. I've got to drive Mom to her eye doc today also.

Hi ladies! Sorry I did not get a chance to post last night. I actually did a WO. I did Killer Butt with Delores Munoz. I used weight work throughout the standing work (instead of just segment 2) but my legs were fried by the end so I did not use any weights for the floorwork. I am still considering working legs twice a week to see if my results are better. I know I need to give Butts and Guts another go, but I am not ready for those DOMS again. Today is our visit with the Specialist. We will probably be there until late tonight, since his appt doesn't start until 4 p.m. and they have a lot of tests to run and they will have to sedate Lenny for those.

Just quickly read yesterday's posts...

Lora-I am certainly more interested in character than in anything else during an interview. Someone can be credentialed out the ying yang, but if they can't get along with other people/customers/mgmt, etc. then they are of no use. People can gain job knowledge pretty rapidly, but they can only develop people skills slowly or not at all. JMHO.
