Troy Barbell

I know this has been posted before, but cannot seem to find it. Can someone please post information on where to purchase (perhaps by mail order or at an actual store) Troy barbells? I have put in a request on the company's website, but as of yet, no response.

I live in Philadelphia if you are aware of stores.
