Cathe, I love the idea of you creating travel workouts!! I do travel regularly & I'd like to continue my workout schedule as I am away from home.
Also, maybe some workouts for injured/irritated body parts such as knees, shoulders, backs, etc. I am 38 years old, I feel like I'm 25 years old, except for occasional knee aches, rectus femoris tendonitis issues, shoulder burcitis, low back aches, etc.
, you get the point! If you, with your expertise & your own physical trials, could create a specific 'rehab' workout, I think that would be a GODSEND!
