I used 3#, and I was feeling on some of the shoulder work. Glad I didn't grab what I had intended to use---5#! When Tracey said SHE was using 2#, I thought it would be a good idea to not be too ambitious.

I've made some lower body progress lately and don't know that I can contribute it to Squeeze alone, but my last four-week rotation (based on the Aug. 4 Fat Loss/Leg & Glute rotation) included Squeeze 1-2x a week as add-ons. I just love doing my own 20-30 min. mish-mosh after a run. At the end of the 4 weeks, I lost 1.25 inches (total) from my thighs.

Hey guys,

I just recieved the squeeze video and although I haven't done all of it yet I did do a trial run on the arms. I thought how in the world could using such light weight work! Well I just picked up my 3# weights and tried it. Boy were my shoulders burning! I stopped right there and plan on doing the whole thing tonight. I think this one will be awesome! And yeah, showing her on the roof top reminds me of a Cindy Crawford video I did years ago. Pointless yes, but minor.
