Tracie Long Training?

I just got my Collage Newsletter and was checking out the 3 new DVd's from Tracie Long and Susan Harris. They look promising. Does anyone have them?

After finding Cathe (and working up to them after feeling like I was going to die), I can't stand to do my Firms anymore because the choreography is so boring. But I really like Susan Harris and Tracie Long, and the video clips look pretty fun.

Thanks,

I just rec'd these last Thursday. I find them completely different from Cathe and I LOVE them. They are not as tough in the same way Cathe is. I'm not huffing and puffing and burning, yet I'm sweating buckets. There is a large learning curve and I believe the workouts will get more challenging as my form improves and as I learn to execute the moves correctly. So far I have done Strength in Movement and Endurance for Movement. Tonight I will do Better Burn Better Buns. I have previewd Finding Your Core and they all look good. Again, don't expect Cathe but I found that I really needed a change for cross training. Right now I am following a Cathe/TLT rotation. Once I learn these I can't wait to figure out many different rotations. The TLT's were just the change I was looking for. As much as I love them they will not be a hit with everyone b/c they are so differnt from Cathe and more traditional types of workouts. I could not see the clips at www.tracielongraining.com (go here to read many comments about the workouts though) but I was able to see some short clips at www.cksales.com. Maybe collage has the clips up by now. Also go to www.videofitness.com to read much more detailed reviews with breakdowns of every move in these workouts. Let me know what you decide and what you think once you get them.

Edited to add that I just realized you already saw clips...sorry!

I have a question on this... Is there a benefit to just getting one of these workouts, or is it better to get all four at once?

I'm asking because I orders For Your Core, and now I'm debating whether to buy the spin shoes and clipless pedals for my road bike like I was planning, or just break down and buy these.

Hi Christine. I don't have any of the TLTs but just wanted to say that bike shoes and clipless pedals are amazing. They are well worth the investment and make you pedal the bike much smoother and in my opinion get a better workout. I love my bike shoes and I would never go back to riding without them. If you invest in them, you won't regret it. Just my opinion.
