Tracey Staehle Cardio KB Sweatfest lived up to its name

Finally, a most enjoyable non-Cathe KB DVD. I was soaked when finished, I need to work on the blocks, though, but I had fun trying!

Glad you enjoyed it Jerry!!

Have you seen the clip up on her site for her latest KB offering, Strike Zone? You may like that even more and it is still, for a little while longer, on pre-sale!

Cheers,

Clare

Thanks again, Clare, I really enjoyed it. Strike Zone is a definite possibility. I enjoyed Tracey's style.

I love this workout, too. I know some say it's repetitive, but the drills really help me focus on form and power. In fact, I think this workout has become more intense for me as my ability to fully execute the punches and kicks has gotten better. This kind of workout, for me, is what KB is all about. I ended up trading Bento's In The Ring, because it felt too much like a super-choreographed hi-lo workout for me. Funny, I really enjoy complicated step.... but not my KB!

I'm so glad there is something for everyone out there. I couldn't make myself do KB Sweatfest again and promptly traded it away. I tried to do it once more to make sure I didn't want it and found it sooooo boring and I just wasn't motivated to see it through one more time. In the Ring I liked when I first got it and now I'm loving it!

Jerry,

This is my of my favorites, too! I just did it yesterday and you work up a sweat even more once you get the choreography down. That takes a couple of times, at least it did for me and I can't say I get it 100% every time (that combo with the complicated X pattern with the arms and coordinating it with the kick is pretty tricky, at least to me!). Glad you are enjoying it. I've seen clips on Tracey's newest kickbox venture--"Strike Zone"--and it looks tougher yet!
