To The Max breakdown of time, CB (Calories burned), MV (Met Value) and Equipment

Hi,

I remember someone did something like this for Cathe's LIS series when it came out and I found it immensely helpful. I hope this will do the same for you all on TO THE MAX. The calories burned and met values were taken from the workout manager copied and pasted. The premixes were taken from the premixes tab shown in cathe.com for this dvd. Enjoy and have a sweaty fun blast!

Thanks Czechfan for doing this for both DVDs! It is very helpful. Hopefully I will get my DVDs tomorrow.
 
How can To the Max Extreme with no solid step(Premix 2) burn more calories than To the Max Extreme with the 7 minutes of step (Premix 1)? The step portion isn't just filler, it is very intense???
 
Thanks so much for posting this. I just did my default "jump through" of the full workout (sans core) yesterday. Definitely easier to pick out a premix using your breakdown. yeah, I was toasty.

I just wanted to add that I printed my copy out and trimmed off the excess on each side of the margin and folded it in half and put it inside the dvd case. This way I'd know at a glance what a particular premixes calorie burn, met value was so I'd know about how tough it was and if I wanted to take it on. For example; Cathe's KPC has a met value of 7.0 so I knew it would be challenging but not super killer like one of Cathe's HiiT workouts or the new CrossFire and To The Max workouts. So, it gave me a gauge as to how hard the workout will be and what calorie burn would be so I'd know in advance and decide accordingly. I figure its always nice to have the info and so I wanted to share it hoping it will be helpful to other Cathletes as well.
