I slimed and Leaned today, and I've eaten really well! YaHOO! Am I pleased baout that! YOU BETCHA!;)

Tonite is Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. HR didn't go so well last nite have to reset everything, me and technology just don't get alon. Everyone have a good day.

This morning I did Rumble by Amy Bento. Definitly not as intense as Cathe but a good work out.

I am very disappointed in my eating. I certainly can do much better. I need to pull myself together and get motivated.

Today is a hour on the treadmll...my back isn't hurting anymore so i figure wth!

Elaine-me too...i need to buckle up on my eating, i was good tuesday but the munchies got me yesterday night and ruined my whole day:( today i will com back in full force!

Ive got a new quote...." I may have a set back, but there's always a come back that follows" LOL,thats me:p Ive had a couple of set backs this week!
 
Just waving hi. Sorry to be MIA. Food is OK, WO are not. Getting back on the WO wagon over the WE, though! TTYL!
 
Another fly by. I did workout (another dog/jog) this morning. Eating has been under control. Just wish I could see it on the scale.
