Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Sept 24th at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "Strong Upper Body Express" Live!
We will hit each upper body part with a few exercises & one finisher before moving on to core work at the end. See you in the morning.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
A full-sized step with three risers under each side.
A set of 5, 10,12,& 15 pound dumbbells
A 6ft medium resistance fitness band
Please use lifting gloves if you have them.
