Those with Stage Step floors

I did a search on the old threads and the links are no longer working, so... Did you install the Springstep II? What do you know now after installing the floor that you wish you knew before installing the floor? Is there anything you can tell me to help me with this process? I really appreciate your time in replying to me.

I have a floor made with the StageStep Blocks, and it is the springstep II:

As far as what I wish I knew before installing goes, I originally followed Chris's instructions to put thin carpeting over the plywood with no padding. After 3-4 weeks of working out on this hard surface I found myself with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. (I had not had problems with this before.) So we installed a thin layer of padding under the carpet, and it is much easier on my feet now.
