Thinking ahead (help me spend money)

I am currently doing my 2nd round of STS, 6 months this time. I should be done late Jan/early Feb. I have STS cardio on order. I am hoping that comes before I am done so I can mix it in a bit. I have been DYING for Insanity. I thought it would pass, but it hasn't. I don't want to mix it in w/ STS, I want to do it as intended. I also have a hankering for Gym Styles, and am not sure why I don't own it yet. My thought is to finish STS, then do the Insanity program, and then get back into weights with GS. By then, I'm hoping GS will be the weekly special and I can save a little cash. Does this seem like a good order of things workout wise? I know that is planning way far ahead, but I need to start divying up the rainy day fund.

Hi Nan,

The hardcore series extreme was actually the first set of Cathe DVD's that I bought. What i really like about the gym style workouts is that I can mix them up in-between all of my different cardio workouts whenever i want to hit a specific muscle group. I have many many of the other DVDs (STS is now my favorite), but i don't regret the hardcore series for a second. You get the gym style DVD's plus coremax and stretch max. And the high step challenge is awesome! Couldn't be better :)

Your plan sounds fine. I like the gym styles series and find it to be effective. I am in my second month of Insanity and loving it! I am dooing P90X and Insanity together. I hope that you will like Insanity too. it is tough but oh so much fun! Acutually I like your rotational plan. I may try it next year. I already completed two three month rotations of STS this year.

2.Insanity

Hi Nan. I'm waiting very paitently for STS cardio and hands down GS is my all time favorite and has been the most effective Cathe series for me. You gotta get it! I kid you not GS legs gets me every time. I never knew that Cathe could work my muscles so much with just a band and a ball. For cardio I just run, mountain bike, and do a crossfit workout here and there.
