I work out Mon-Fri, two workouts per night after I get home from work.
Tonight I'm doing Body Fusion and Quick Callanetics for Stomach.
Tomorrow I'll do Low Max (step only) and WHFN's Pump.
I've been doing more cardio than usual, and I might be losing a little bit of my upper body muscle mass...it's so hard to hang on to that muscle! I've added more Cathe strength workouts to my rotation, and I'm likin' what I'm seein'.
