The Challengers wk of 7/26

My workout is done..i decided on the orginal Low Impact Step and did that cardio and weight circuit on there. I added heavier weights instead of the 3's she uses and a bb instead of a stability ball...i burned 630 calories in 1:10minutes:eek: I thought i would try an easier workout... YEAH RIGHT, i was gasping for air, had to lower my step to 6inches after the first step combo:eek:

Morning,

Had a weird dream last night. Apparently i was a Lego-building-pro and every time i built a house out of Lego's, Godzilla would come and stomp them. It was quite the dream...

Today is suppose to be a rest day but i will do P90x Yoga...probably until i get tired of hearing Tony's comments;)

Went for a 2 mile walk this morning, it was hot and humid then went to the farmers market and now I am going to clean house and then lay out in the sun. I will do last nights workout later and then abs.

254 cals burned. (This was a personal best for me never walked this fast).

I laid out for 2 hours turned the sprinkler on me to keep me cool and then I came in and did CLX Push Phase 3 for the last time and TJ Ab Jam standing abs.

Morning

Today will be a 50min cardio. I'm not sure what im going to do yet. May just wait for DH to wake up and do a CC. Then again i may pull out a step workout...as usual,have no idea:rolleyes:

I weighed this morning and I'm down 1.4 from last week. I also had DH measure me and im down everywhere. I couldn't believe i was finally down in my arms, i haven't lost there in years:confused: So it looks like im doing everything right. :) just gotta keep going. Its tough but i can do it :)

My kids are at there meme's for most of the day so i think i will take advantage of the silence and lay out in the sun this morning before doing a workout.

Later my Niece is coming over again to spend the night and were going out for pizza.:D

I'm done with my workout and VERY proud of myself. I did ALL of stepblast! Burned 585 calories in 55 mins:D My step wasn't on any risers but i still got in a great workout! First time I've ever done all of SB:eek: I really love the music in that one.
