today is Cardio coach...bbl with the results,im gonna really try and go close to four miles,lets see how far I get;):)

Good Morning Amelia,

Tonite is SJ&P step only not feeling up to much TTOM hit and it is really causing some pain woke up at 4 and took midol and then took aleeve at 5:30 so I just want a light workout. Guess I kno where the extra wt. came from. Good luck with your 4 miles.
 
Roxie-i think the older i get the worse my periods have become:confused: very bad PMS and cravings,energy lose....:confused:. Enjoy your workout tonight!

Hey to everybody...i finished my workout. did CC V 4 than i ran another mile instead of doing the cooldown(turned on some music and turned off coach sean) I burned 430cals:D bbl

Roxie, sorry about tom. You would think with all the technology out there, they would have come up with relief other that midol by now.

Amelia, nice jog on the CC. Did you make 4 miles?

This morning for me was disc 18. I can almost do a chinup.
Not sure what's on tap for tomorrow.
