Good Morning girls!

Im not sure what im doing today...either a cardio on the TM or a fulll body weight workout or i may do a little of both?

How is everyone this morning? Andrea,where are ya?

Morning.

I've actually given myself a new challenge this week. It will be to continue with the jari training adding some cardio in a little rotation. I've ordered the Ripped to the Core, so I hope to incorporate that one as well.

Todays workout was a mish mosh of legs, followed by the strange yoga ladies hips, stretching moves. I'm starting to get a bit more flexible! Is that a good thing?

Roxie - I've been unsuccessful in avoiding that pantry in the middle of the night!

Does anybody know whatever happened to Marcie?
 
The Yoga is called Yog Bliss Hips, by ana brett and ravi singh.

You don't see Ravi, he is just a voice over. She does the workout, but you never see her talk either (apart from when she's chaturkaing and zoooling, and chum chum chum ing.) (You know chanting) Its very strange and its really not my style, but I am giving it a "go".

Now, I think I'll give my bed a go.

Tonite is Power Hour. Puppy sitting again today and the weather is stormy and rainy.

Andea-yu really need to lock the pantry and only let your DH in there for you. I would love to meet you some day you are so funny. What kind of order do you do the Jari Love tapes and which ones do you have?

Wow! Looks like everyone was really busy this weeekend.

My MIL was over this weekend. She is very chatty and follows me every where, even into the bathrrom. :eek: She may have to stay with us for a bit. It all depends on what her MRI shows. They think she tore(sp?) her rotator cuff. Keep your fingers crossed that she doesn't need surgury. I think I will go crazy if she has to stay with us. I love her but.....:eek:

Andrea: You just make me smile! Your discriptions are so funny!:D
Maybe if we chant SLIM AND LEAN over and over we will become slim and lean.

Amelia: Congrats on the weight loss.

Roxie: We had rainey weather this weekend. We got 6" of rain! Yup, water in the basement. Not fun!:mad:

Hi Jean and AndreaH!!

This morning I did LM blasts only while holding a 10lb kettlebell for most of them. I then did the first set of walking lunges ,deadlifts(the set with your toes on the 5lb db), fire walkers and stability ball abs from B&G.

Gotta do laundrymax and cleaningmax.

Hey girls,just popping in to report my workout! I did a 30minute run interval and them PUB up premix plus the abb work!

Good morning ladies! We had a busy weekend - gymnastics, errands, etc. on Saturday and then we took the kids to the State Fair yesterday. Managed not to eat TOO much fair food - kept my weight the same over the WE (a MAJOR feat sometimes).

AND, this morning I got up and did one of the LowMax premixes. I'm trying to do Cathe's September rotation (after a fashion anyway). Also trying to eat cleaner a la WW Core plan (the fair food did NOT fit in there :p).

Anyway, I've got to scoot, but I'll try to cbl. Have a great day!
 
Hi everyone. I got up this morning and did back and chest and then part my the stretch DVD. Glad everyone is off to a good start to the week. Hope to keep my workouts going this week. I have a wedding in a month that I would really like to lose somw weight for.
