Morning

Im not sure what workout im doing today. I really had fun with that yoga workout yesterday, may do it again. I need to do cardio...like i said...not sure yet:rolleyes:

Amelia-how soon before bed do you take your melatonin? I have taken mine 30min to and hour the last two nights and I feel groggy in the morning and I am still not sleeping well.
 
Morning girls

Today will be a 30 minute cardio then that UB premix from MM.

Today also starts the day of my little mini challenge. I stepped on the scale this morning and it took my breath :eek: I'm up 9lbs since moving here a few months ago....this crap is stopping today:mad: I started a ticker to show my progress. Maybe most of it is water;) (lol)

DH goes back to work tonight, thank goodness..he has been off the last five days and im looking forward to some quiet time tonight.

Roxie-Maybe try taking a half a dose? I take them about an hour before i want to go to bed, never feel groggy the next morning. My bottle suggest one pill but im taking two or three now a night, my body has gotten use to them. I will have to stop taking them for about a week to get the effect of one pill again. :confused:

Tonite I will go for a walk and then try and get bootcamp done I am just not into doing wts right now don't know what my problem is.

Amelia-you can do it girl. The ones I am taking are timed release don't know if that has anything to do with it.
 
Hi everyone. Only got in abs yesterday, but this morning managed to get ups and do STS disc 1. I'm starting it over and hope to stick to it this time.

35mins of RS + the push/pull UB premix on MM DONE. Felt good to get in a decent workout.:) burned 378 in 65mins...not bad. Now its time to tackle the eating for the day.

Roxie-mmm, time released sounds interesting, what kind did you buy? Sometimes i will wake up at 3am bright eyed and bushy tailed:confused: a time released pill will help that.

Amelia-I got it a GNC one day on my lunch hour. I am awake at that time but that is due to DHs alarm clock and then I think it is just to hard for me to go back to sleep.

I know im doing 4ds legs today, not sure what else. I need to do a cardio since im trying to lose weight:rolleyes:...

~QUESTION~Any body familiar with the bosu ball? I've thought about getting one but was wanting more opinions on it...how do you like it? Is it challenging to workout on? (challenging as in a high dread factor?)

Roxie-I will have to check into those..
 
Amelia, No I haven't tried a bosu ball so no help here.

Roxie, hope you get your sleep regulated. I hate lying in bed awake and knowing I should go back to sleep, but not being able to.

this morning was disc 2 of STS. tomorrow will be Cardio Coach Press Play. I hope the weather is good and I can do it outside. I'm in the mood for a nice long jog.

Good Morning,

I did abs yesterday here at work and then went for a 2 mile walk it was hot and humid so I really had a tough time finishing and I forgot my hr monitor so I don't know how well I did. I plan on walking again tonite but it is already 80 degrees and the humidity is horrible.

Amelia-a trainer at the fitness center told me the bosu was the best thing to do abs on and I have seen people turn it upside down and do pushups on it.

Jean-have a fabulous weekend and hope you get to do CC outside tomarrow.
 
My workout is done, decided on DM cardio drills through 5 then did some bb squats + the lowerbody on DM. Pretty good workout. I also plan on walking the dog this evening...the kids are suppose to go to there meme's so im crossing my fingers that they do, mommy needs a break:confused:

Tonite I went for a 2.5 mile walk in the park, it was really hot but I made myself do it, wish I could feel that way about wts.

Yay, had a good nights sleep(except for that damn chihuahua waking me up once, whining because he couldn't get his little fat but on the bed).

Im starting Debbie's Getting Ready for Summer 2010 Monday:D Well, the Generic breakdown of it...that will give me more variety because i don't have all the workouts.

Today will be some cardio,abb then some yoga(Rodney yoga,not Jillian yoga:confused:)

Roxie-Nice job on your walk yesterday. I may go walk the dog this morning before it storms later...
 
Good Morning,

Went to the fitness center and rode the stationary bike didn't really care for it and then I wanted to do Total Body Sculpting but I need AAA batteries for my dvd remote, I am having dvd player problems lately. I am hoping to go for a walk with DH later. This afternoon I am going to lay out in the sun.

Amelia-hope you get your walk in not suppose to rain here until tomarrow.

I got up this morningand went to the store. Then I had to color my hair and dd needed me to help measure her for her wedding dress so my workout got pushed back. I finally was able to go out for my jog after 10. I used Cardio Coach. It it felt really hot out there so I did jogging and walking.

Roxie-Nice job on the bike ride! Enjoy your walk later...im finally getting a nice little tan, been laying in the sun all week.

Jean-Which Cardio coach did you do? I use to do a lot of them, i will again one day, taking a rest right now,LOL. Good job on it!

Im not sure what im doing today, i was thinking of taking a rest day but I've got my eye on HSC....will see. First i have to drag the kids to wally world for grocery's. Hopefully there is still food on the shelves...that place is a mad house all time but even worse during holidays:confused:

Going to a family reunion today so I don't know what I will get done definetly need to do some kind of stretch.

Amelia-enjoy your rest day. Our walmart isn't to bad now that all of the college kids went home, but I definetly need to go there today.
