Well, if i don't workout today it will be my third rest day in a row..someting that hasn't happened in a very long time:confused: My body aches are gone but my nose is still clogged...i started feeling better yesterday in the afternoon so i will attempt a workout around 1 today.

On tabs today is Cardio coach volume 2 and i need to do some lower body also,since that was yesterdays workout....sigh,being sick really stinks:(

I was wondering if you guys wanted to start having one thread a week? There isn't alot of us so there wont' be too many post and that way we can keep up with everybody! Just a thought....

quick check in...workout done. Decided on cardio coach volume 2 and power hour abbs. burned 330 cals:)

Sorry I havn't been around much this week. I don't know where the time goes. I havn't worked out this week either!! I've been trying to focus on my horse and get him back into work and so I've been riding everyday.

BUT I didn't mean to neglect checking in, I've been busy.

I like the idea of a weekly thread, that way I can easily keep up.
My challenge for the rest of this week and next week is to actually workout, and introduce pilates into my exercise.

I hope everyone is well. I havn't read the weeks thread yet.

Got to go and get the day started, school lunch made, kids dressed, school run, you guys knw the drill.

Good Evening,

Haven't done much working out been busy trying to get the kids house done. Tonite we are painting, don't get excited bathroom is still in shambles. I like the idea of a weekly checkin.
