Today is a rest day for me, my quads are screaming at me....

Jean-I quit my doctors job in July, long story...but it was for the best. I will looking for another part-time job in janurary..

Good Morning,

Guess I am going to work today haven't heard anything from the bosses, but I figure boss lady needs to finish baking her cookies to take to her daughters house this weekend. I didn't do Cardio Fusion yesterday I just don't like BM2 and this one has alot of that in it. Tonite is B&G #3 premix.

How is it a routine vet visit can amount to 350.00. :eek: It just amazes me. Of course I did buy 6 months worth of heart med and frontline.
I never did manage to collect urine from her. They need to invent some kind of collection device. Okay my rant is over.

This morning I did original BC cardio and upperbody,(I skipped the weighted leg parts) I did a few of the KB type leg drills, STS disc 6 bonus leg work and BC stretch. It clocked in at 55min and 225cal.


Off to the grocery store and a little christmas shopping.

This morning was the TM using the 5K program. The day I can complete it at the programed speeds with be a huge victory. Then I did stability ball abs.

Elaine, I can totally relate to the $$$ checkup. As for the urine collection, do they do that as a routine or is puppy having problems? I had to collect it when mine was having a urinary track infection, but never as part of a routine check up. They do want stool samples though, yuck. As for how to collect. I got a cool whip container (empty of course) and but her on a short lease, so she couldn't go very far away. When she squatted I just slipped the bowl under her and presto. She did look at me awfully weird. I have also heard of trying to use a ladle to catch it. (just don't use again for cooking, lol).

Roxie, how's the snow? Did you make it to work OK? I don't know why it is that some workouts just don't click. I have a few that I rarely do because I just can't get them.

Amelia, I wasn't sure if you were working there still or not. I remember you mentioning how they were switching around the hours and such, just wasn't sure if you stayed. Hope you find what you are looking for in January.

Morning,

im in such a pissy mood already and i just woke up:mad: Everything is getting on my nerves, the kids,the scale, DH, the house i can't seem to keep clean. sigh...maybe i will feel better after a workout. Ive got a long cardio on tabs for today, i wish i could use the treadmill but i really don't want to wait until 5pm this evening. I would love to listen to coach sean. Maybe i could wait:rolleyes:...dunno yet.
The scale isn't cooperating this week, this is usually a 2-3lb weightloss week...i dunno? Maybe its the rotation change? maybe im gaining muscle? I dunno about alot of things today:confused:

Good Morning,

Still need to do B&Gs and also LIC Cardio but going up to MILs to shovel snow. I will get my workouts in later. DH is leaving town this week so I will be able to do better with my workouts.

Amelia, we must be in the same mood this morning. Weight up a pound since yesterday, tons and tons or house work and who knows what else. Didn't sleep well last night. Just plain pissy mood. I will try to maintain because DH and I have a Christmas party tonight and I don't want us to be in a bad mood for it. I'll just keep telling myself, I must maintain control, I must maintain control!!!

Roxie, I'm sure the snow shoveling will be work out in itself. That's nice of you to do that for your MIL.

Forgot to post my workout. I did STS disc 32, more plyo legs. At tleast this time I didn't have to press the pause button. I have 4 more discs left of STS. Don't know what kind of rotation I will do once I'm done. Hopefully STS cardio will be here soon and I can make a rotation around that.
 
Good Morning,

I woke up @6amthis morning to a little person standing in front of me, crying and throwing up:confused: poor thing. He doesn't have a temp so i can rule out virus. i had to go to walmart to get him something for nausea and something to settle his tummy.

Ive decided to do Powerhour + a 30min treadmill cardio sometime today,ive got all day to do it. Its raining and ugly out.

The scale is being a total 'meanie head' (like my ds would say,lol) ive stayed the same weight so far this month,i haven't been cheating either,besides the planned cheat meal. Perhaps i should go down in calorie's. whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, I. Don't. Wanna:eek: or i could increase my workout time:confused:

Good Morning,

Shoveled a foot of snow yesterday lower back and abs are killing me. I want to get in LIC cardio only and after DH leaves I will do B&Gs leg blast. I will start my day with a stretch though.

Amelia-hang in there this is the wrong time of year to cut calories.
 
Didn't get any house cleaning done yesterday. So today is going to be a whirlwind of dust flying around my house. Relatives will probably start arriving on Wednesday for DD graduation next weekend so I want the house all done today to give me time to decorate in the evenings. I haven't put up a thing for Christmas yet. DH's Christmas party was nice last night, but weight is up another pound. Hopefully I can flush some of it out today if I drink a lot of water. I had 2 margaritas last night so maybe its just the salt making me hold water.

Anyone ready for Christmas yet? It will be here before we know it.

Should of had a better cal burn but youngest DD always manages to call while I am working out.
