Thank you, Sarah, so much for all your great advice on running. I just finished 4 miles in 85 degree heat AND humidity with the sun beating down on me. I took a 24 oz. bottle of gatorade and drank a big gulp every so often. By the time I was done so was the jug :7 that completely saved me. I took your advice and decided to run in the heat-like temps that will be on race day (in August) and it really made me feel great (when I finished)! I KNOW I can do this race after today, this was a very motivational day, I realized my committment is in full now. ;-)
