I had a great workout last night!

For the first time in a while, the back squats felt really solid. Here's the rundown:
Warm up:
Lots of limbering up
Back squat - 1x10 @ 45, 2x5 @ 75
Then, 5-5-5-5-5
99-99-99-99-99
Power cleans - warmed up with 1x3 @ 75, then
3-3-3-3-3
89-89-89-89-89
I haven't power cleaned in a while and these felt really good. I felt like I had a really strong hip extension.
