Hey sorry I wasn't around y'day, and I will probably be scarce in the next couple of weeks because we are getting ready to start school and still have family to visit before academics roll around again. Just because I won't be around doesn't mean that I'm not thinking of you, though! :) :eek:

Deanie, I did Diva today, I love this workout and I totally get what you see in it!!! I think it will take a while to really get 2 hands anyhow since I have never even attempted it before this w/o, and squatting triple threats were something (Jari Love didn't even prepare me for it!) but I am excited about the challenge of working on form, and I totally feel thoroughly worked in just a short 26 minutes time! I had to go down in weight because I was used to only 30 second spurts of sumos, fig 8s, etc. and going to 60 seconds is mentally challenging (I guess when you are used to doing 40/20 intervals and tabatas 60 seconds seems like a loooooooooong time to do something!) so I get a bit shaky when the snatch test is done. It is a great way to mix it up and is a VERY welcome addition to my KB library!!!
And, if Diva were a man I would totally steal him from you. :p
ETA: SHOOT! - If Diva were a girl I would still steal her from you!

Hi Everyone!

I'm just chillin' at my parent's house. They are both taking naps. I will leave in a little while to go swimming. Hopefully I can get in at least 60 laps or so. I'm looking forward it to.

Deanie ~ Enjoy your rest day today. The workout yesterday was great. I ended up doing more than what I wrote down because I had more time. I loved it. It was fun but hard. I loved those sled drags....tough!!

Melissa ~ I'm glad you loved your workout today! Have fun with the school planning and family visits!

Marcy ~ My sister wants to get Insanity so I'm going to order it and we will split the costs. It looks like fun and since I'm already insane....:eek:
