Terminology question..

Hi everyone.

I see that Cathe has posted a thread saying that she has "pinned" the road trip post.

What does "pinned" mean?

Dianne, it means it got stuck to a spot near the top of the forum and will stay there until she decides to remove it. That way it doesn't get lost in the shuffle of newer posts.

Some people also call it a "sticky" as it they will pin it and it will stick to the top of the page.
