Is there a certain time you take your measurements? I've been so gung-ho with exercising that I haven't taken normal rest days since starting in Jan. Yesterday, I mainly stretched with Denise Austin. (Now, that's a whole nother disappointing story!) Today, my calves measured 1/2" smaller than they did a few days ago. I couldn't believe it, I checked at least three times to make sure. LOL Maybe, I measured wrong the other day. Could it be that I just needed to rest my body before measuring? Do you measure the day after your rest day? Does it matter?
