switch btw 4 day and GS

do you think this is a good rotation? I get bored with only 1 serie and I never focused on one rotation for a month, I can't do it. I need Variety. So I thought of this:

Week 1: 4 day split + 1 day of Muscle Max
Week 2: GS Serie + 2 days circuit such as Drill Max, Low Impact or Body Max 2

And repeat these weeks for a while?

or should I, for a month only do 4 day split and then the next month only do GS?

Opinion? I want to see results, not loose weight, my weight is fine, but be more firm, build more muscles, just look more ripped

plz tell me it's ok to rotate... not sure I can stick to 1 serie for a month. I would like to try it once... but I also got both these series new and want to do them both

I think it is just fine to do a rotation however you want. However, it might be hard to determine which workout program is working for you if you are doing two rotations at a time.


Also, For your week 2, I think you might want to go down to one circuit per week instead of 2 days and then on the other day, just do all cardio. GS is a challenging series if you are lifting at weights that are challenging to you, 2 extra days w/ weights might be a bit much, IMHO.

thx... i decided that what I will do for november, is focus on GS and the other days, I will do cardio only and I will use the 4 day split premixes for that :)

so it's perfect, i will be doing kind of both and in December, I will only do 4 day split

I am excited about that and it's the first time I will be following a rotation

I am starting monday
