I wanted to recommend a pair of excellent, supportive aerobics instructor sneakers to you. I got the Ryka website through Cathe's home page (thanks Cathe!). Ryka is a workout supplies site for women. I just purchased their instructor sneakers and they offer wonderful support. Well worth the 80 dollars!
